How to cook Korean curry with fried chicken

How To Cook Korean Curry With Fried Chicken. 


Hi, today I will show you how to cook Korean curry with fried chicken, serving for 2 people ^^.

Ingredient ( serving for 2 people ): 
25gram Korean Curry Power (100-gram Ottogi curry power bag for £1.70)
1 cube of Vegetable Stock ( 10 vegetable stock cubes for £0.50 in Tesco )
1 Potato
1 Carrot
0.5 ( Haft of a Brown Onion )
2 Chicken Thighs
1 cup of Rice.
1 Tablespoon of Sugar
1 teaspoon of Salt.
500ml Boiled Water


25gram Korean Curry Power (100-gram Ottogi curry power bag for £1.70)

1 cube of Vegetable Stock ( 10 vegetable stock cubes for £0.50 in Tesco )

1 cup of Rice.

1 Potato, 1 Carrot, haft of an Onion and 2 Chicken Thighs
Step 1: Cut the Potato, Carrot and Onion in cubes.



Step 2: Debone the chicken thighs

Step 3: Heat the pan in low heat and add the oil in.
Step 4: Add the onion in and stir-fry for about 30 seconds
Step 5: Then add the carrot in and stir fry for another 30 seconds.
Step 6: Finally, we add the potato in, keep stir fry for another 30 seconds and
then frequently sir fry it when we mix the vegetable stock.

Step 7: Put the vegetable stock in a cup or bowl ( I use measure cup ) and
mix with 500ml boiled water.
Step 8: After the vegetable stock mixed with water, put this into the pan
with the stir-fried onion, carrot, and potato.
Then give it a quick mix.


Step 9: Put the 25gram curry power in and mix it. 

Step 10: Mix this for a little bit until the liquid and we can see the liquid become a little bit thicker.
Keep eyes on this and frequently mix this when we do the fried chicken.

Step 11: Heat the pan with low heat and put the deboned chicken thighs with skin on the pan.
Then turn the heat into high heat and fry for 5-6 minutes, until the skin looks Crispy.

Step 12: Oops, I forgot to turn the chicken at the right time and...
I think I have made a little burn on the chicken skin...:(((
After 5-6 minutes turn the chicken and wait for another 5 minutes.

Step 13: Finally, Frequently mix the curry when we fry the chicken
And now the liquid of the curry is thicker and ready to serve ^^.
